Booking a tour with Antours is seamless and hassle free. With our many payment options, you may choose to pre-pay your tour, or pay a deposit to secure your spaces.

If you make a deposit with us, you are entitled to a refund in the event you don’t get to do your tour.

We will refund the payment to you if we receive a cancelation request from you at least 12 hours before your event.

The following circumstances will get you a 100% refund of your payment or deposit:

1. Your ship does not dock at our Port on the scheduled date.
2. You become ill during your cruise and are unable to join your tour.(A Ship’s Physician certificate certifying your condition, must be forwarded with your request).
3. You missed your ship and did not make your cruise.in which case we should receive your request no later than 2 days after your cruise start date.
4. We cancel your tour for whatever reason.
5. We cancel your tour due to severe weather or flooding conditions on the river if you are booked for the River Tubing tour.

Note: Should Antours cancel your tour due to severe weather and flooding conditions, we are obligated to re-imburse the payment otherwise we can arrange to host you on an alternate tour which presents equivalent appeal to you.

Partial refunds will be made under the following circumstances:

1. We receive your cancellation request less than 12 hours before your event, in which case refund of your deposit will be at the discretion of Management.
2. No Shows will not be refunded.
3. The booking fees paid are to cover expenses related to the reservation process and is not refundable.

Refunds are processed through PayPal within a reasonable timeframe and in any event no later than 2 weeks after receipt of your cancelation request; or no later than 1 week after your tour is cancelled by us.

Note: In the event it becomes necessary that you cancel your reservation, it is preferable to do so prior to your tour date, otherwise at least 12 hours before ship’s docking time. Cancelations advised less than 12 hours before your tour does not attract an automatic refund of payment and will be left to the sole discretion of Management.
