At Antours Dominica Ltd., we strive to provide exceptional service to all guests. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings.

1. General Cancellations by Clients

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are 100% non-refundable.
• Guests who do not show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time are considered no-shows and are not entitled to a refund.

2. Cruise Ship Visitors

• If a cruise ship fails to dock in Dominica due to weather or mechanical issues, guests will receive a full refund, once the cancellation is officially confirmed by the cruise line or port authorities.
• If the ship docks late and the guest chooses not to participate, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Private Tours & Pre-Arranged Group Bookings

• Deposits and pre-payments for private tours or group arrangements are non-refundable within 14 days of the tour date.
• Balance payments follow the general 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.

4. Force Majeure / War & Geopolitical Instability Clause

In circumstances beyond the control of Antours Dominica Ltd., including but not limited to:

• War or military conflict
• Acts of terrorism
• Civil or political unrest
• Government-issued travel bans or advisories
• Port closures
• Cruise-line itinerary changes or cancellations caused by the above
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events

All payments made to Antours Dominica Ltd. are non-refundable. Antours shall not be held liable for any losses or costs arising from cancellations or disruptions due to such events.

Goodwill Consideration

Where possible, Antours may provide a credit for future travel, at the company’s sole discretion. Credits are not guaranteed.

5. Amendments or Cancellations by Antours

If Antours must cancel a tour for reasons not related to force majeure, guests will receive a full refund.
Antours may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational needs.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Antours Dominica Ltd., guests acknowledge and accept the conditions of this cancellation policy.
