Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation policy is Easy, Flexible and Considerate – Antours understands that things don’t always go as planned and there are many reasons why you may have to cancel your tour. That’s why we will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever you want to make a change to your tour or excursion. No questions asked. Antours, we’ve taken every precaution possible to minimize or eliminate cancellation fees, so you can book with flexibility knowing that we’ve got you back!

For tours canceled outside of the following time periods, cancellation fees may be applicable, as follows:

·       Within 24 hours of your tour 0% cancellation fee

·       Within 12 hours of your tour 0% cancellation fee

·       Less than 12 hours                  0% cancellation fee

·       Less than 12 hours for medical reasons 0% cancellation fee

·       Rescheduled tours                0% cancellation fee

Cancellations are accepted by email. Please allow 1-7 days for funds to reach your account.
