What kind of activities can I do in Dominica?
Dominica offers a range of activities for travelers, including hiking, river tubing, snorkeling, diving, whale watching, and exploring the island’s natural attractions like waterfalls and hot springs.
Are your tours private or group tours?
We specialize in both private group tours and individual private tours. This means that you will have exclusive use of the tour vehicle and guide for your group only.
Can you pick us up at the Port?
Yes, we provide pick-up and drop-off services from the port for all our private tours.
How long are your tours?
Our Shore Excursions usually last between 4-6 hours, Guests who are staying over do longer tours. We can customize the tour duration according to your preferences.
Can we customize the tour itinerary?
Yes, we are happy to assist with customizing your tour itinerary to include your preferred sites and activities, as long as it is feasible within the time frame.
What kind of vehicles do you use for your tours?
We use comfortable, air-conditioned Min-Buses, Coaches and SUVs that are well-maintained and fully insured and certified for our private tours.
Do you provide lunch on the tour?
We do not provide lunch on Shore Excursions, but we can make arrangements for a local restaurant to have lunch at your own expense. We do provide lunch on tour packages that include lunch if requested.
We always make sure to schedule our tours with enough time to get back to the ship well before the departure time. We also monitor traffic and road conditions to ensure we stay on schedule.
How will you ensure that we get back to the ship on time?
We understand that returning to your ship on time is a top priority for cruise travelers, and we take this responsibility very seriously. We are proud to say that throughout our many years of operation, we have never failed any of our clients. To ensure that you make it back to your ship with plenty of time to spare, we carefully plan our tours to factor in potential traffic and other delays. Our highly trained and experienced Drivers and Guides are always mindful of the clock and will ensure that you are back at the ship in plenty of time for your departure. In the unlikely event that something unexpected does cause a delay, we have backup vehicles and guides on standby to ensure that you arrive back at your ship on

What happens if the tour runs late and we miss the ship's departure?
While we make every effort to keep to the schedule, if for some reason the tour runs late, we will do everything we can to get you back to the ship as quickly as possible. If for some reason you do miss the ship’s departure, we will assist you in making arrangements to get to the next port of call.
